Continuing where we left off with the Fran and Kasumi cosplays, Ruru Shinjou (also known as Ginrou) is here to give you yet again the best cosplay experience most people lack the looks to have.
While it's a bit more revealing than the last 2, it's definitely full of it's charm a lot of people know how to value when it comes to cosplayers, and this one is definitely a favorite, thumbs up, and a 5star from me.
